To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, assertive professional
who can independently manage the entire HR area operationally and support the management team.
Your Responsibilities
Payroll & Administration
Independent payroll accounting in accordance with the collective agreement for gastronomy/hospitality
Ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and payroll tax regulations
Monitoring working hours, overtime, bonuses, and payroll statements
Registration and deregistration with ÖGK, AMS, etc.
Maintaining employee master data
Handling the provided HR/payroll software
HR Management & Employee Leadership
Conducting job interviews and communicating with prospective employees
Holding salary discussions within company guidelines
Enforcing rules, work instructions, and internal standards
Conducting clear, factual employee discussions—even on difficult topics
Issuing warnings when regulations are not followed
Operational HR Tasks
Issuing and managing employee uniforms
Organizing and monitoring employee accommodations
Your Profile
Professional
Completed training in payroll accounting (e.g., WIFI/AK)
Several years of experience in HR, ideally in gastronomy/hospitality
Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor and social security law
Confident use of IT and HR software
Strong numerical skills, precise and structured
Personal
Assertive, clear communicator, able to handle conflicts
Comfortable with serious conversations and clear decisions
Loyal to the company philosophy: fair, yet economically minded
Independent, conscientious, and law-abiding
Hands-on mentality—you address issues rather than ignore them
