Enterprise manufacturing is evolving, and RIIICO is leading the way. We are a high-growth manufacturing startup focused on engineering software and industry engineering services. Our AI solutions bring the physical and digital worlds together, enabling companies to improve operations, bring new products into existing factories and empower people in all aspects of developing existing production structures.

By running AI on millions of measurements (Point Clouds), we generate sophisticated 3D models that help our customers to solve their most pressing engineering challenges and bring their products to market quicker. We collaborate globally with some of the most renowned manufacturing brands and need you to drive our growth.

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team and fuel our growth through new and existing account management.

Tasks

  • Drive revenue by closing strategic deals and meeting sales targets within enterprise manufacturing targeted accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Contribute to an excellent Sales Force by collaborating with your colleagues on best-practices, training & execution
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term success
  • Learn about our technology and the space every day

Requirements

  • Strong history of success in pipeline generation, opportunity management, and closing enterprise customers with 100k€ + ACV
  • 5+ years of strong experience selling into large manufacturing enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles of 6-18 months
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large enterprise senior line-of-business executives, as well as operational managers in manufacturing
  • University degree in engineering, business or related field
  • Structured and data-driven mindset with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
