What you´ll do

• Analyze and evaluate existing AI applications in terms of governance, compliance, and ethical aspects
• Develop and implement AI governance policies, processes, and standards
• Advise on regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, General Data Protection Regulation, other regional legislation such as in China)
• Conduct risk analyses and develop measures to mitigate risks in the AI context
• Train and raise awareness among employees regarding the use of AI and its impact
• Support AI-related audits and certification processes
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., legal teams, data protection officers, business units and functions, works council)
• Monitor current trends, legislation, and best practices in AI governance

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Law, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in governance, compliance, IT consulting, or AI
• Solid knowledge of artificial intelligence, data ethics, and data protection
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR)
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
