Für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Düsseldorf oder unseren Standort Fulda suchen wir Dich als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Deine Aufgaben- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB & US-GAAP
- Betreuung der Konzernkonsolidierung (Kapital-, Schulden-, Aufwands- und Ertragskonsolidierung)
- Abstimmung und Analyse von Intercompany-Transaktionen
- Erstellung von Überleitungsrechnungen (HGB ↔ US-GAAP)
- Unterstützung bei Reporting-Prozessen an den Konzern
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Fachabteilungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Bilanzierungs- und Konsolidierungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und externer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbares Studium (BWL, Accounting, Finance)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Rechnungswesen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und US-GAAP
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. PeopleSoft) und Konsolidierungstools (z. B. Caseware o. ä.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Analytisch und strukturiert, mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gezielte Einarbeitung, vielfältige und komplexe Aufgaben in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
- Hybrides Arbeiten sowie flexible Arbeitszeiten
