Exciting tasks await you:

• Holistic support for national and international M&A transactions along the entire transaction process
• Project-related creation of pitch presentations, teasers and investment memoranda
• Creation of integrated financial models, financial analyzes and company valuations (DCF, Peer Group Multiples and Transaction Comparables)
• Complex database research (MergerMarket, CapitalIQ, Bureau van Dijk) to create long lists and to identify potential buyers
• Participation in customer meetings and pitches with appropriate preparation and follow-up
• Preparation and support of the due diligence (setup of virtual data rooms, Q&A)
• Independent research activities on companies, markets, potential investors and target companies
• Creation of analyses for our SektorReports

Your profile

Professional

• A successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable course with initial contact with corporate finance and/or M&A
• First practical experience, for example in the form of internships or even professional experience in the field of corporate finance/M&A, audit/transaction services or strategy consulting
• Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written
