What you´ll do
- Act as a partner for our Adhesive Technologies AO business in all people‑related topics, combining strong HR expertise with business acumen and savviness
- Activate the business priorities in terms of HR solutions as central business interface, with a solid understanding of business needs, organizational dynamics and local specifics
- Shape the organizational design and workforce management priorities, implement and drive progress of organization transformation
- Be a change driver for implementation of global HR projects into the business and contribute to additional strategic on‑top projects
- Develop and implement people management practices, considering people, culture and leadership aspects
- Steer the workforce planning, including but not limited to annual salary cycle, people growth agenda, strategic succession planning and talent development plan, etc.
- Enable collaboration, networking and best practice sharing among Corp. HRBP community as well as respective regional/country HRBP
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in HR, psychology or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a corporate, multinational organization, including workforce planning, talent management and performance management
- Profound knowledge in HR strategy, succession planning, HR policies, local employment law and works council matters - Good business acumen and HR savviness, with the ability to link people topics to business impact
- Solid overall understanding of people, culture and leadership topics
- Passion for working in organizational design, recruiting and HR consulting
- Excellent problem‑solving, project management and interpersonal skills, high level of empathy and agility
- Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills; German language skills are strongly desired
- Great analytical thinking, result‑oriented and self‑reliant working style
