Your challenge

• Contact person for our customers for all questions concerning the booked vacation trip by phone and e-mail
• Changing bookings (e.g. rebooking flights and hotels, upgrading meals or room category)
• Registration and processing of additional services (e.g. sports luggage, special customer requests, allergies)
• Contact person for the tour guides in the destinations for questions about existing bookings

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training, alternatively practical experience in the field of tourism (also students)
• Enjoy telephoning and have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Initial experience in telephone and written customer service
• High quality and service orientation
• Reliability and team spirit
