Your mission
You’ll ensure every customer not only succeeds but thrives with Metalshub. From first onboarding to long-term partnerships, you’ll act as a trusted advisor — not just supporting customers but working alongside them on consulting-like projects that span efficiency gains, sustainability initiatives, cost optimization, go-to-market strategy, and change management. All the while, you’ll bring their real-world insights back into our product and strategy.
What your day-to-day looks like
- Onboarding & adoption: Create scalable onboarding journeys so customers feel confident from day one.
- Project ownership: Lead implementation projects across different management levels in customer organizations.
- Strategic partner: Build trust, identify opportunities, and support customers in achieving their business goals.
- Product influence: Be the voice of the customer — feed insights, challenges, and ideas into our roadmap.
- Scaling success: Develop best practices and playbooks to grow Customer Success alongside Metalshub.
Your skillset
What makes you the one
- Experience: 2+ years driving measurable results in either consulting, project management, SaaS, startups, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Customer-first mindset: You deeply understand customer needs and translate them into long-term success.
- Project management strength: You handle multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously, staying structured under pressure.
- Communication excellence: You’re confident, proactive, and persuasive across cultures and seniority levels (including C-suite).
- Solution-oriented & curious: You dive into problems, connect the dots between customer needs and product capabilities, and explore industry insights.
- Commercial awareness: You identify opportunities for growth, renewal, and upsell, linking customer success to business impact.

- Intro call with People & Culture (Vanessa) – Motivation, background and cultural fit.
- Skills interview with CS peers (Rong or Benny) – STAR-based discussion of projects, stakeholder management, and customer impact.
- Interview day with CS Head (Frederik) & Founders – Live scenario/case exercise, strategic discussion, and team introduction.
