Role Description
-
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Düsseldorf with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and compensation structures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the EV chargers industry or technology sector is a plus
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and digital tools.
