• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Düsseldorf with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management

  • Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies

  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and compensation structures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience in the EV chargers industry or technology sector is a plus
