Job Description
Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data Centre sector globally. Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Germany we are currently recruiting for an experienced Integration Manager to join our Data Centre team in Düsseldorf.
The Integration Manager will be responsible for all integration and technical infrastructure scope delivery as well as liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Lead integration activities through Design, Construction, and Close-Out phases; coordinating internal and external teams.
- Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary design and construction workgroups (CSA, Telecoms, Security, Cross-Group).
- Run key meetings and be prepared to provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Ensure flow of information between all parties to the contract is effective and timely.
- Provide constructability, scheduling, phasing, and risk input to protect committed project milestones
- Manage telecoms and integration procurement strategies, Bill of Materials, supplier coordination, and Required On Job-tracking.
- Oversee quality, safety, change management, and Nexus-based inspections and acceptance.
- Produce and manage Integration Requirements Documents, phasing drawings, and handover documentation.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Corpnet, WAN, Fabric, Core, Security, and Operations.
- Act as the full-time on-site client representative.
Qualifications
- University degree in Construction, Mechanical / Electrical or Telecommunications / Network Engineering or in a similar relevant field.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in a similar role as Integration Manager.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments and strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk, quality, and schedule management.
- Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues.
- An ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills.
- Comfortable operating as a senior on-site representative.
- International work experience or working within an international context is an advantage.
- Available for on-site work.
