Project Phases and Key Activities

1. Project Management
2. Planning, control, status reporting, deliverable tracking, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
3. Explore Phase
4. Execution of process analysis, Fit-Gap analysis, and Fit-to-Standard assessments to identify customization needs.
5. Design Phase

• Requirements Specification: Collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements.
• Process Definition: Modeling and alignment of target processes.

1. Build Phase
2. Development and implementation of customizations, adjustments, and enhancements within the defined project scope.
3. Authorization Concept
4. Design and implementation of a role-based authorization model.
5. Change Management & Training
6. Support for organizational change, end-user training, and ensuring adoption of the new solution.

• System Environment: SAP S/4HANA
• Modules & Tools: Guided Buying, Catalog Management
• Automation: Use of BluePrism for process automation
• Process Optimization: Focus on onboarding, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and continuous improvement

Anforderungsprofil

Team Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in indirect procurement, project management, and system administration
• Preferably experienced in implementing E-Procurement solutions
• Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies
• Strong affinity for digital tools and systems
