What you´ll do

• Take responsibility for solving research questions with the consumer benefit at the core
• Perform literature research, formula preparation and testing of polymer technology on hair
• Contribute to ideation sessions and help fill the innovation pipeline with fresh concepts
• Gain insight into R&D for hair cosmetics

What makes you a good fit

• Master's student in the field of chemistry, cosmetic science or related fields with scientific knowledge about polymers, film-formers and hydrogels as a plus
• International experience in cosmetic industry or semester abroad is advantageous
• Strong interest in hair cosmetics and general cosmetic trends, as well as exploring new ideas for hair coloration, ideally with previous experience in the field, e.g. through internships, student jobs or academic work
• Curiosity and creativity in future technology exploration
• Available as of July 2026 for six months
• For thesis students the approval of the supervising professor is required

We offer you an attractive salary between € 900-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
