In a nutshell
Join our team at the Düsseldorf office and directly shape the shopping experience of hundreds of thousands of customers. As part of our Commercial team, you’ll develop forward-thinking strategies, contribute to the continuous improvement of our app, and help us stay one step ahead.
Picnic offers exciting opportunities for fresh graduates in the following areas of our App Team:
Pricing: Analyze data, monitor price developments, and ensure our customers always get the best value for money, including our bundle offers.
Category Intelligence: Develop tools and reports in collaboration with the Category Teams and actively drive the performance of our product assortment.
What you’ll do
Market & competitor analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop innovative approaches for improving our offering.
Data-driven optimization: Analyze shopping behavior to enhance app interaction, assortment selection, pricing, and promotions.
Cross-functional projects: Take the lead on cross-departmental initiatives and collaborate with copywriters, tech teams, and category managers to make our store the top choice for customers.
...all the way to Supply Chain: Act as a technical interface with the supply chain team to sustainably improve food waste reduction and product availability.
We’re looking for
A successfully completed Master Studies in the field of Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Fluent English skills, German fluency is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and a hands-on mentality
Passion for digital products and customer-centric thinking
A strong passion for food, the retail industry, and marketing - ideally complemented by experience in pricing strategies, category management, or technical topics.
