We are seeking a Junior Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our Staffing function by efficiently managing talent supply to meet business demands while considering individual career aspirations. Your focus will be on assigning our experts to projects and developing relationships across the business to ensure excellent customer service. As a key team member, you will help align staffing strategies with individual growth goals.

• Bachelor s degree or relevant experience in psychology, social science, or a related field.
• Background in freelancer placement or recruiting.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting).
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle situations calmly.
• Growth mindset and willingness to incorporate GenAI in your daily work.
• Service-oriented approach (flexible, personable, approachable).
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Experience or exposure to workforce planning.
• A keen interest in talent development and career pathing strategies.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in staffing and workforce management.
