What you´ll do
- Create actively financial transparency on sustainability related targets, actions and projects to enable planning, forecasting and portfolio transformation and drive digitalization & automation within Henkel Adhesive Technologies
- Drive internal processes to comply with external reporting requirements in relation to CSRD, risk reporting and compliance fees
- Identify areas for improvement and deliver on initiatives to setup sustainability controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tools
- Drive forward the reporting set-up and showcase your entrepreneurial spirit by enthusiastically leading (cross-functional) projects and initiatives related to sustainability
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in business-related studies, with a preference for a focus in controlling/finance or business intelligence & analytics and sustainability
- 3-5 years’ experience in controlling, FP&A or finance business partnering roles
- High affinity and interest to support and drive sustainability in the company, work experience in Sustainability related topics is appreciated but not a must
- Profound knowledge of controlling-related IT applications, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools is expected, SAP is a plus
- Ability to work in developing environment, flexible to adjust to change and create new things, ability to convert ideas into concrete actions and results
- Commercial & pro-active mindset, out of the box thinking and high degree of performance orientation, eager to learn and dig into topics
- Very good English language skills, preferable international experience during education or professional life
