Du übernimmst den operativen Einkauf
von indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen für unsere Stabsstellen und 250 Niederlassungen in Deutschland. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Beschaffung reibung
slos läuft, Kosten im Blick bleiben und Prozesse effizient gestaltet werden.
Vollzeit | Düsseldorf | Befristet (18 Monate)
Deine Aufgaben- Operative Bestellabwicklung inkl. Bedarfsklärung, Angebotseinholung, -vergleich und -verhandlung
- Durchführung kleinerer Einkaufsprojekte sowie Sicherstellung von Richtlinien-, Vertrags- und Compliance-Vorgaben
- Steuerung von Dienstleistern inkl. Eskalationsmanagement bei Abweichungen
- Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Prozessoptimierungen
- Ansprechperson für Beschaffungstools (Reise, Zahlungsanbieter, Webshops) sowie Vorbereitung und Abstimmung von Rechnungen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Einkauf
- Praxis in Beschaffungsprozessen im indirekten Einkauf sowie Grundkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und in Verhandlungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Bestell- und Webshop-Systemen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
