Since our founding in 2002, we have been processing more than 20 million vehicle claims every year with over 1,200 employees worldwide. Our mission is to automate the claims settlement process by integrating advanced digital solutions and AI-supported tools to create a global platform for insurers. This platform acts as an end-to-end digital claim platform, delivering seamless and smooth customer experience. What you can expect from us:
- Design and develop Python-based components for the automation of vehicle claims workflows
- Ensure clean architecture, code quality, data reliability and maintainability across the system
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and Agentic AI technologies into scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and partners focused on OEM data and workshop process optimization
- Develop robust APIs and interfaces connection Agentic AI product with customer services as well as classic products
- Support productization, deployment, and scaling of the end solution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and joint problem‑solving
What we expect from you:
- Qualification: Several years of Python backend experience with Clean Architecture, scalable APIs, and hands‑on integration of LLMs and agentic AI systems, plus solid skills in Docker, CI/CD, databases, and cloud environments.
- Expertise & know how: Practical LLM and agentic AI integration experience, including prompt engineering, automation, and strong competencies in Docker, CI/CD, databases, cloud technologies, and collaboration.
- Personality & working style: Highly motivated, team‑oriented, and structured working style based on Clean Code and agile principles, with strong openness to new technologies and AI‑driven workflows.
- Language: Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
- Nice-to-have: Initial exposure to TDD, design patterns, SOLID, CI/CD, distributed version control, open‑source work, and basic knowledge of ML models or AI APIs.
