As a Senior Data Analyst, you transform complex sales, commercial, and operational data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic and operational decision‑making. You own the definition, calculation, and governance of key sales and operations of KPIs and act as a trusted analytical partner to Sales, Finance, and Management. Beyond dashboarding, you identify performance drivers, validate hypotheses, and support Go‑To‑Market initiatives, business planning, and performance reviews. Through strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and clear data storytelling, you enable confident, data‑driven decisions that drive commercial performance and sustainable growth across the HoReCa sector.

In this role, you take ownership of high‑impact sales analytics, KPI frameworks, and insights that support confident, business‑critical decisions across the organization:

• Own the end ‑ to ‑ end sales analytics lifecycle, from data extraction and KPI definition to insight generation and stakeholder communication.
• Design, calculate, and maintain sales and operations KPIs aligned with business objectives , including pipeline, conversion, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and performance versus budget.
• Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for sales leadership, Country Managers, and cross ‑ functional stakeholders, reducing manual reporting and increasing transparency.
• Conduct deep ‑ dive analyses on sales performance, customer behavior, pipeline health, and growth opportunities to support strategic decision ‑ making.
• Act as an analytical partner to Sales, Finance, and Management, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, KPI consistency, and documentation, while proactively improving reporting efficiency, automation, and analytical maturity.
