Must-have

• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
• 6+ years of Kubernetes experience (multi-tenant, multi-cluster)
• 2+ years of cloud-native development experience
• Hands-on with Kubernetes clusters on Azure or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in Java and/or Typescript
• Strong analysis & debugging skills across the full stack
• Experience with Git & CI/CD (ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Building tools & services for application teams
• Fluent English (C1, C2 is a plus)

Nice-to-have

• Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
• Experience with observability & monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana etc.)
• Knowledge of Helm Charts & Service Discovery (CoreDNS, ExternalDNS)

• Design, build, and integrate tools that improve developer experience and streamline deployments
• Empower development teams to autonomously manage the full lifecycle of their applications through our Kubernetes-based developer platform
• Guide teams in adopting best practices for observability and vulnerability management
• Troubleshoot and debug cluster and application issues across multiple platforms
• Monitor platform health to proactively identify issues and opportunities for optimization
• Perform regular platform maintenance and upgrades
• Participate in the on-call rotation as a backup engineer
