(Senior) Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management
What's in store for you?
- Strategic consulting and close cooperation with the top management of our clients in the development and implementation of future-oriented strategies and concepts.
- Independent implementation of national and international consulting projects along the entire value chain in the manufacturing industry.
- Management and control of complex projects including project planning, resource management and target tracking.
- Simultaneous management and coordination of several projects in the area of supply chain management.
- Development of tailor-made solutions, e.g. for transforming business models, realigning global production networks, end-to-end optimization of supply chains and determining the optimal depth of value creation.
- Application of innovative and digital consulting approaches to increase efficiency and achieve sustainable transformation.
- Management and further development of project teams and active contribution to the rapid expansion of the business unit.
- Continuous optimization and further development of our consulting approaches, methods and tools.
- Active project acquisition with existing and new customers and targeted expansion of the customer network.
- Joint responsibility with top management for the strategic and operational expansion of the Supply Chain Management division.
What should you bring with you?
- Several years of experience in strategy or process consulting in a comparable position as well as sound knowledge of project management.
- Successfully completed university studies, preferably in the field of industrial engineering or a comparable subject.
- In-depth know-how in the areas of strategy development, operational excellence, logistics and supply chain optimization.
- Proven leadership experience and competence in managing teams.
- Strong sales and marketing skills and a confident manner with customers.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Business fluent in German and very good written and spoken English.
- High willingness to travel at home and abroad.
- Residence within the DACH region.
