Ihre Aufgaben:
- Strategische Steuerung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung der lokalen Talent-Operations-Strategie in Einklang mit dem globalen Geschäftsmodell.
- Teamführung: Leitung und Coaching des lokalen Teams zur Steigerung der Servicequalität und Effizienz.
- Reward & Compensation: Verantwortung für die Implementierung globaler Vergütungs- und Benefit-Strukturen sowie Durchführung von Marktanalysen.
- Operational Excellence: Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen (Workday-Umfeld) und Sicherstellung der Compliance (Arbeitsrecht).
- Stakeholder Management: Enge Abstimmung mit globalen HR-Partnern, Finance und der Geschäftsführung.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Psychologie, Jura o.ä.).
- Langjährige Erfahrung im HR Operations Management, idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Biotech-Branche.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Compensation & Benefits sowie im deutschen Arbeitsrecht.
- Erfahrung in einer globalen Matrix-Organisation.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
