Ihre Aufgaben

• Takes ownership and leads the development of innovative 5G technology products from conception to market launch.
• In this role as Technical Product Manager, She/He collaborates extensively with Engineering, Design, Architecture and Commercials teams across 1&1 and its vendors.
• Responsible for Product Development Lifecycle with a sense of appreciation to Engineering and technical aspects of the products.
• Act as the gate keeper for the Product Backlog and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and develop the roadmap to fit the strategic needs of 1&1 Mobilfunk.
• Evaluating and signing off on technology considerations, technology trade-offs, and the product technology roadmap.
• Prepares Product Reviews on regular basis for management.
• Assist in Business Case evaluation of the Product innovation from ideation to launch.
• Participate in telecom technology and innovation forums and align the product roadmap to industry standards.

Das wünschen wir uns

• Bachelors and/or Masters degree from recognized university in Management, Engineering, Communications, Economics, or relevant departments.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Product Management (in ICT/Telecommunications).
• Professional expertise in agile methodologies and practices such as scrum, kanban, and more.
• Good knowledge of Telecommunication technologies and standards (3GPP, 5G, LTE, ORAN), software development practices is an advantage.
• Profound experience in communicating with C-Level.
• Ability to work in a team, confident appearance, negotiating skills, assertiveness.
• Analytical thinker with willingness to learn and grow.
