Job description
- You receive new goods, spare parts and shipments, check them for quantity and condition and document all incoming goods directly on the PC
- Picking and packing goods according to customer and shipping specifications is one of your main tasks
- You create loading lists, delivery notes and process shipping and accompanying documents - all both physically and digitally via the IT system
- You also scan stock levels, carry out target/actual comparisons on the computer and update the databases on a daily basis
- You document all relevant warehouse data, movements and special features in our IT system, so that transparent stock overviews are available at all times
- You coordinate the planning of deliveries and take care of coordination with courier services
- You support stocktaking during inventories and ensure seamless digital documentation and synchronisation with the central system
- You operate the forklift truck and reach truck and use these machines efficiently for the internal transport of goods You are also responsible for the digital handling of warehouse processes
Requirements
- You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have a valid forklift licence
- Driving experience with scubmast forklift trucks and experience in loading and unloading trucks are an advantage for you
- You are confident in using MS Office and the IT system
- Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- Reliability and the ability to work in a team speak for themselves
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
