Your responsibilities
- Du gestaltest unsere ESG-Initiativen aktiv mit, u. a. im Rahmen der Green-Office-Gestaltung
- Du unterstützt bei Digitalisierungsthemen sowie der Integration von Daten
- Du erstellst systemgestützte Reportings und Auswertungen
- Du entwickelst unsere standardisierten Dienstleistungsbeschreibungen für Anlagen und Einrichtungen weiter
- Du wirkst an der Beschaffungsstrategie im Immobilienbereich mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Standards
Your profile
- Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Architektur oder Immobilienmanagement
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Real Estate Management oder Facility Management sind von Vorteil
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Ein sichers und offenes Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus
- Du beweist eine gute Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest eigenständig
- Erfahrung mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
