Your responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the Performance Monitoring Process across our power plants
- Analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements (Tools: AVEVA PI, Seeq)
- Assist with data cleansing and preparation of reports and presentations
- Help stakeholders understand and utilize our data effectively
- Lead small improvement projects within the team and in collaboration with other teams at Uniper
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a strong mathematical foundation (e.g., engineering, physics, data science)
- Basic knowledge of data science, statistics, or similar fields
- Structured working style: value clear reporting, presentation, and planning; proactive in engaging with stakeholders
- Operational Excellence mindset: customer focus, process improvement, KPI-driven thinking
- Comfortable challenging the status quo: identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Willingness to travel and attend on-site meetings occasionally (approx. 1–2 days per month)
