Job Description

Start date: 01.09.2025

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible

You'll support the Operations Governance Team with the following tasks:

Supporting QA sensory experts to execute product compliance activities (sensory, FFU, legal compliance and benchmarking checks)
Supporting to manage the sensory facilities e.g. kitchen, storage room and sensory rooms
Maintain quality database/ specification database
Supporting on reporting/ admin tasks e.g. QA Master data and digital tools (MQuality / EyeQuestion)
Cross-check and validation of data between different internal systems
Data collection and analysis with the use of Microsoft Excel / internal IT solutions
Development and maintenance of training materials
Support in updating QA documents / procedures

Qualifications

Enrolled student or PhD student in food science, food chemistry, nutrition sciences or food technology
Computer experienced (MSOffice, especially Excel)
Experience in Product Analysis and Sensory analysis
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, flexible and detail oriented
Self-directed with ability to ask questions, investigate, and follow-up
Team orientation
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
