Werkstudent:in Commercial Quality Specialist DACH Mass Market (m/w/d)

In unserem Central Europe (CE) Commercial Quality Team unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems für die DACH-Region, insbesondere für unsere Mass Market Produkte. Du trägst dazu bei, dass wir interne und regulatorische Anforderungen erfüllen.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Prüfung und Genehmigung von Produktspezifikationen
• Promotional Item Management und Factbooks Erstellung
• Aktive Unterstützung des DACH Mass Market CQ-Teams bei täglichen Aufgaben
• im Lieferantenmanagement
• im Produktmustermanagement
• im Dokumentationsmanagement (z.B. SOPs)
• Mitarbeit an Projekten im DACH Mass Market CQ-Team
• Unterstützung des BeNeLux-Teams bei Bedarf

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Ausbildung:

• Aktuell im Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt mit naturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt

Erfahrung und Fertigkeiten:

• Student:in, vorzugsweise in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Fundierte Microsoft 365-Anwenderkenntnisse

Erforderliche Eigenschaften:

• Interesse am Qualitätsmanagement und an Prozessen
• Hohe Genauigkeit und analytisches Denken
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
• Ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

Wünschenswerte Eigenschaften:

• Agile Mindset und Freude an agilen Arbeitsprozessen
• Organisationsgeschick
