Your responsibilities
- Support the application management of our cloud-based IT services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure applications, SaaS tools)
- Analyze, monitor, and document system resilience
- Contribute to the optimization of error and incident handling processes
- Support the automation of recovery and failover procedures
- Work closely with the IT team on quality assurance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines
Your profile
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
- You have a strong interest in cloud architectures, modern SaaS solutions, and IT operations.
- Initial experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or similar environments is an advantage
- You demonstrate analytical thinking, a structured working approach, and enjoy working on complex technical topics
- You have good German and English language skills
