Your responsibilities

• You enjoy customer contact and actively participate in first-level support on the Uniper Digital platform (https://uniper-digital.de/start/)
• You provide individual support to our customers and independently answer questions about the functionality of the platform, contracts or online products
• You have a good technical understanding and are the first point of contact for error messages or technical problems, helping to resolve them
• You create new business partners and users in Uniper Digital, configure user roles and activate appropriate digital modules
• You maintain and expand our internal knowledge database (Wiki) and the FAQ section for business customers on your own responsibility
• You carry out data evaluations and reports, e.g. report creation from systems such as CRM, Power BI, etc.
• You support the agile further development of the platform, especially with new functionalities, UI/UX improvements and user acceptance tests
• You take on independent tasks in sub-projects, e.g. master data reconciliation, duplicate cleansing or other clean-up actions
• You will help prepare customer surveys and soft releases for pilot customers

Your profile

• You may be studying industrial engineering, business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable degree programme
• Ideally, you have some initial knowledge of energy industry topics or have already completed relevant internships and seminars
• You are a team player with strong analytical skills and a confident manner
• Your initiative and conceptual skills round off your profile
• Good written and spoken German skills are required, and English skills are a plus
• In addition, very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are among your strengths
• Initial experience with Microsoft's CRM system (MS Dynamics) is advantageous
