Job description
- You will be responsible for coordinating the construction site personnel
- You will be responsible for monitoring construction progress
- You will also ensure compliance with the schedule, safety regulations and quality standards
- Solving problems and conflicts on the construction site will be part of your remit
- Organising material deliveries and construction machinery as well as communicating with contractors, engineers and architects
- Documenting work processes and construction progress rounds off your job profile
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship e.g. as a bricklayer (m/f/d), Concrete and reinforced concrete worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained experience in the construction industry and have knowledge of the construction process
- Your knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards speaks for you
- German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
- You are willing to travel throughout Germany
- Your leadership and problem-solving skills as well as prioritisation and team management skills are what make you stand out
