For our client, a global technology solutions company, we are looking for a Requirements Manager (f/m/d) in Duisburg - Full-time employment for 6 months with option to be extended .

Responsibilities

• Identifying concrete requirements through discussions and interviews with various stakeholders
• Identifying potential improvements regarding requirements
• Performing classical requirements analyses
• Establishing a shared understanding of requirements among all stakeholders
• Formulating and documenting requirements
• Aligning requirements with all stakeholders
• Validating requirements
• Identifying solutions or solution variants, including effort and cost estimations for implementation
• Managing requirements throughout the lifecycle
• Reviewing and preparing requirement specifications or user stories
• Conducting requirements reviews
• Approving, deferring, or rejecting requirements
• Optimizing requirements‑related processes

Required Skills

• Very good knowledge in the discipline of requirements management
• Strong functional and technical understanding in the assigned IT domain
• Good methodological knowledge
• Strong ability to capture, describe, and communicate technical relationships and requirements, especially regarding technical feasibility
• Leadership ability
• Strong moderation, conflict‑resolution, and assertiveness skills
• Excellent communication competence in interdisciplinary environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Decisiveness

For this role the working contract is done on 6 months through our agency with option to be extended/take over.
