Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a DevOps team
• Responsibility for the automation of build, test and deployment processes
• Further development and operation of our CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Improve automation coverage of all software delivery and software processes
• Promoting clean code principles and best practices in software development
• Close collaboration with development teams to optimize release processes
• Introduction and further development of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Technical communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Training and instruction of colleagues, e.g. as a mentor or training of specialist knowledge, e.g. through workshops, side-by-side or pair programming

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in computer science, computer science, computer engineering or a comparable qualification
• Very good understanding of object-oriented software development (OOP)
• Experience in application development with C# and the .NET Framework
• Knowledge of agile software development and Scrum
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
• Application of Clean Code principles in daily work
• Good knowledge of German and technical English (at least B1), especially for documentation and communication
