For the Lutze International Europe GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for a Application and RTD engineer (Junior PM) (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
3D Visualization & Application Support
- Create 3D models, visualizations, and technical drawings to demonstrate Lutze’s products and system applications.
- Support sales and product managers by visualizing customer-specific setups or improvement proposals.
- Use 3D modeling to communicate ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Learning & Mentorship
- Work closely with senior Product Managers to understand Lutze’s product portfolios and market applications.
- Participate in training and mentoring to develop technical, commercial, and strategic product management skills.
- Learn how to collect, analyze, and act on feedback from the sales organization and customers.
R&D and Product Development Assistance
- Assist in product testing, validation, and documentation.
- Support prototype preparation and product trials in cooperation with R&D and suppliers.
- Document product changes, drawings, and updates in internal systems.
Data & Market Support
- Help maintain product data, specifications, and application notes.
- Contribute to internal presentations and product-related materials.
- Learn how to interpret market and competitor information to support product improvements.
Your profile:
- Recently graduated or final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
- Strong 3D CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD) — ability to model, visualize, and present mechanical designs.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of Product Management and Application Engineering.
- Interest in both the technical and commercial aspects of industrial products.
- Hands-on mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, and openness to feedback.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or Swedish proficiency is an advantage.
