At the Einbeck site of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are looking for a Lead Technician (m/f/d) for Seed Treatment in the Elite Seed Warehouse. This varied position is permanent and full-time.

Your Responsibilities – Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• You prepare orders and process them professionally within your area of responsibility
• As a technical leader, you supervise the team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflows
• You act as an interface between the specialist department, scheduling, and team management, ensuring the necessary resources such as personnel and materials are available
• With your technical knowledge and innovative mindset, you drive improvements in processes and machinery in your area
• Outside of campaign phases, you also contribute your expertise to other operational processes within the department

Your Profile – Competence Meets Personality:

• Completed vocational training in the agriculture sector, machine and plant operation, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in plant breeding or an industrial environment
• Experience in machine operation, ideally in the area of application technology, as well as with digital warehouse management systems
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Reliable and results-oriented working style combined with strong communication and organizational skills
• A sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong innovative spirit for digital solutions
• Fluent German and basic English skills
