To strengthen our workshop team at the Einbeck location of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are looking for a committed Maintenance Manager (m/f/d).
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining our technical systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our seed production facilities as well as our research station.
This exciting and responsible full-time position is permanent and to be filled as soon as possible.

Your Tasks – Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• Organization and planning of maintenance and repair activities
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers in the area of maintenance and repair
• Creation of inspection lists for new systems and optimization of inspection lists for existing systems in SAP
• Spare parts management
• Maintenance projects

Your profile - Competence Meets Personality:

• Completed technical vocational training in the metal sector with further training as a technician or master craftsman
• Relevant professional experience in maintenance, ideally with initial coordination experience
• Strong planning and organizational skills as well as team spirit and strong communication abilities
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
