We are looking to recruit, at the earliest possibility, a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Breeding Station Management within KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA at the Einbeck site (Germany).

The role is to be filled full-time and with a permanent contract.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Organizing and moderating working groups as well as various meetings in the field of Breeding Stations
• Supporting the international breeding stations in projects (i.e., organization, service structure, or in collaboration with stakeholder groups)
• Representation of Breeding and Research Services in KWS projects
• Coordinating the meetings of Global Station Management
• Supporting various mid-term or long-term plannings in the station area as well as analysis and derivation of corresponding measures from KPIs
• Regular business trips to interact with KWS breeding stations
• Advising and supporting breeding station managers in the area of cross-compliance and other regulations

Bring in your strengths:

• Completed studies in business administration, agriculture, agribusiness or comparable vocational training
• Basic knowledge of breeding processes and agricultural topics as well as an interest in agriculture
• Good skills in structuring, marketing, and managing projects, ideally first work experience in Project Management in a comparable company
• Excellent communication and organizational skills,
• High level of initiative, service-oriented mindset, and independent way of working
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German language, French knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 15 %+
