Job description
- You will independently take over all accounting activities, especially in accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as in asset accounting
- In addition, you will create new customers in the system:You will also create new customers in the system and manage customer data reliably
- Prepare invoices and create interim and final invoices
- The checking and posting of incoming invoices is part of your daily business
- You can be deployed flexibly and take responsibility for a wide range of tasks in finance and accounting
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) and have a sound knowledge of financial accounting
- In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting and are confident in dealing with common charts of accounts such as SKR04
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge in the use of common merchandise management systems and specialised accounting programs, to organise processes efficiently
- Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as your confident use of all MS Office applications are essential for daily correspondence
- Furthermore, you have a high level of attention to detail and strong teamwork skills to quickly integrate yourself into existing processes
- Finally, you are highly motivated and work extremely independently and reliably to safely achieve the set goals even under deadline pressure
