Job description
- You will be responsible for the operation, set-up and programming of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines
- You will also be responsible for the production, inspection and assembly of the manufactured workpieces
- In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance measures on workpieces by selecting measuring equipment and the associated documentation
- In addition, you will be responsible for setting up machines, and production systems using semi-finished products, finished and standard parts as well as assembly parts manufactured in-house
- You will be responsible for commissioning machines, plants and production systems, taking into account quality assurance and recording and documenting measured and operating values
- Not least, you will be responsible for assembling parts and assemblies
Requirements
- You have completed training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have experience in CNC milling and CAM programming
- Also knowledge in the construction and commissioning of milling machines as well as knowledge in the field of control and regulation technology, hydraulics and pneumatics as well as power electronics
- Very good written and spoken German and a valid work permit round off your profile
