Your tasks

• Initial support, later management and implementation of customer projects in the areas of ticket management, process automation, construction support and knowledge management using AI
• Participation in the planning, expansion and further development of our internal software solutions as well as in the conception and implementation of customer-specific applications including project planning, milestone planning and software architecture with AI solutions
• Technical support support

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies, training or professional experience in the field of computer science, data science, web development, software engineering
• Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST and JSON
• Experience in using web frameworks such as React as well as knowledge of machine learning and language models is an advantage
• Analytical thinking skills, goal-oriented working style and strong team and communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
