inomed Medizintechnik GmbH, based in Emmendingen, is an internationally active company that develops devices and systems to protect nerves in order to treat patients with precision. inomed develops tools and methods in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery, pain therapy and neurological diagnostics.

High-quality products and innovative technologies improve the success of treatment and create safety for doctors and patients. In order to optimise our applications to meet the requirements of a dynamic market and everyday medical practice, our inomed specialists work closely with users from hospitals, practices and research.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (DACH) to lead our sales team and drive sustainable growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of regional sales performance, coach and develop a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and surgical environment. Your strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and deep market understanding will shape our success in one of our most important regions.

What you can expect:

  • Coach, lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve regional revenue targets and foster individual development
  • Conduct regular co-travel activities to support customer visits, manage sales projects, and prioritize opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders (KOLs), OR staff, and hospital procurement decision-makers
  • Define and monitor specific, measurable objectives to evaluate performance and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics (competition, product trends) and provide structured feedback to the marketing department
  • Analyze changes in the healthcare landscape and develop appropriate sales strategies together with the Sales Director EMEA
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales forecasts and market analyses
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM, reporting, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) across the sales team
  • Manage and develop Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) in close coordination with the National Sales Manager
  • Represent the company at national congresses and industry events to expand networks and monitor trends
  • Take full ownership of the regional sales budget and revenue goals in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Optimize sales processes, territory structures, and resource allocation to improve efficiency
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain sales talent to ensure a high-performing and sustainable team
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Support, and Service to ensure optimal customer experience
  • Support strategic key accounts and participate in high-stakes contract negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and internal standards

What you bring along:

  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role within the medical field (ideally medical devices / surgical environment)
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities at C-level and clinical level
  • High degree of initiative, organizational skills, and strategic thinking
  • Solid experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region (approx. 80%)
