Your profile
- • Completed technical training
- • First practical experience as a shift supervisor or in leading teams
- • Excellent written and spoken German skills
- • Confident handling of Microsoft Office and a high affinity for IT systems
- • High flexibility, reliability and resilience, coupled with an independent way of working and ability to work in a team
- • Sense of responsibility and a strong sense of safety
- • Knowledge of lean production is an advantage
- • Experience in the field of wood is desirable, but not mandatory
Your tasks
- • Operational management of your employees and direct reports
- • Scheduling of the shift team
- • Continuous optimization and improvement of production facilities
- • Coordination and verification of the manufacture of our products and their quality
- • Control and monitoring of compliance with all specifications and standards
- • Responsibility for achieving daily production targets
- • Clear communication and close cooperation with the area management and the other shift supervisors
