(Senior) Customer Support (m/f/d)

The Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH, based in Erdweg near Munich, serves as the global competence center for research and development in the field of access systems. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering lock systems, door handles, and automatic opening and closing systems for various vehicle applications.

• Independent preparation and support of negotiations with international customers
  Support for Key Account Managers through thorough preparation of sales-related data and information
• Maintenance of SAP data in all sales-specific applications (e.g. customer master data, pricing, orders, delivery schedules, EDI) as well as participation in process harmonization
• Comprehensive support of order processing and development of strong customer relationships
• Preparation of quotations across sites and handling and follow-up of customer inquiries (by phone, email, B2B portals, meetings)
• Coordination of processes with logistics, controlling, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance and other departments across European production sites
• Data maintenance and coordination of long-term supplier declarations
• Creation and maintenance of project files in accordance with ISO/TS 16949

• Commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable position
• Sound SAP knowledge in a sales environment and confident use of MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured, self-reliant way of working as well as strong communication and coordination skills
• Team spirit and resilience in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment
