Your main responsibilities:

• Account reconciliation
• Booking of current business transactions
• Preparation of monthly/annual financial statements
• Advance VAT return
• Participation in the digitization and optimization of processes (including: introduction and use of AI)
• General administrative and organizational tasks
• Review and processing of incoming invoices
• invoicing
• Support with purchasing

You bring that with you

• Completed commercial training e.g. as an office management clerk, industrial clerk, tax clerk or similar, preferably with further training in financial accounting.
• Professional experience in accounting or administrative tasks
• Experience in the digitization of commercial/accounting processes, e.g. with DATEV and ERP systems
• Ideally, experience in the use of AI in administrative/accounting processes.
• Self-initiative, commitment and willingness to work
• Structured, independent work style with a strong understanding of quality
