Your tasks:
- Further development of the new access process, planning and implementation of standardized processes in the Service Point EJC with the aim of responsibly designing a modern, citizen-oriented service concept
- Management and development as well as steering and control of the project and future "Service Point EJC" department in technical, personnel, financial and organizational matters in close coordination with the plant management
- Development and creation of work instructions, checklists, training courses and the introduction and further development of digital workflows
- Dealing with fundamental issues and outstanding processing, in particular making technical decisions in individual cases with particular legal or factual difficulties
- Day-to-day management of hotline and telephony, back office coordination, duty and resource planning
Your profile:
- Career qualification for the third qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or the completed Employee Training Course II (BL II) or a completed degree (FH) in Bachelor Labor Market Management, Bachelor Social Work, Bachelor Sociology, Bachelor of Education or a completed degree (FH) as Diplom-Sozialpädagog*in or a comparable completed Bachelor's degree, especially in the social sciences, economics or law field
- Management experience and a strong understanding of leadership are an advantage
- Professional experience in public administration is desirable
- Knowledge of the German Social Code Parts 1, 2 and 10, the GDPR, BayDSG and related areas of law is also desirable
