You will lead the Integration team in Application Platforms Functions and have to define how we technically integrate applications and data from an E2E perspective as well as how to transfer data to our customers and suppliers. Within this role, you will create, align, and implement the Digital service landscape over the complete lifecycle, from planning through implementation and operations until shutdown. You will shape the Digital budget with the goal of creating excellent business value through Digital.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will drive strategic direction of the Value Center Integration, and support adaptation of best practices and standards for service delivery and platforms.
- Lead a team of Digital professionals & Service Owners. Manage a team of more than 10 internal digital experts in Integration and a strong external workforce with services like EDI, SAP CPI, EQUBE, strategic platform suppliers like SnapLogic, Kong, Alteryx as well as strategic partners.
- Align with strategic direction (Digital Strategy, Digital Architecture, Digital Roadmap) in the business capabilities of Integration (Applications & Data) along with key stakeholders. Leading the delivery of high-quality services to customers, overseeing service operations, managing customer relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Develop a balanced Strategic Workforce Planning for your Value Center for your internal as well as your external workforce and build positive relationships with your key suppliers, always acting within the overall Digital Supplier Framework.
- Make sure to leverage standards for Digital internal processes and tools, like ServiceNow Craft the Communication, Change Management, Automation in operation approach for your Chapter/Value Centre with specific focus on your User Community as well as your own employees.
- Monitor advancements in data integration and artificial intelligence and integrate relevant developments into platforms. Manage performance, reliability, and ongoing improvement of strategic integration systems. Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards across integration platforms.
- Develop an operational strategy for continuous (round the clock) platform productivity with minimal disruption and incidents.
- Successfully completed University studies or a comparable education, as well as proven professional experience as a people Manager, ideally already as a Leader of Service Owners
- Professional experience and significant knowledge in respective integration technology like A2A integrations (SnapLogic, SAP CPI, WebMethods, eQube), API’s Catalogue and Management (Kong), B2B (EDI) & ETL(Alteryx)
- Skilled in data privacy laws, cybersecurity, budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial management, as well as experience in key digital areas including vendor and change management, data analytics, and financial oversight
- Digital problem solver with advanced presentation skills, public speaking and storytelling, focused on transformation, collaborative with key stakeholders, skilled at shaping new digital strategies for business capabilities, fluent in English (German language is an additional asset).
- Knowledge of Service and Project Management frameworks like ITSM, PMP etc.
