As part of the global cybersecurity and IT strategy, you will support operational cybersecurity activities in the German region and participate in related projects. In collaboration with the global CISO, IT, Legal, and Data Protection teams, you will continuously develop the local IT/cybersecurity organization.

This includes:

• Implementation of IT/Cybersecurity Governance in Germany
• Intranet communication and awareness campaigns
• Contact person for international partners and stakeholders
• Creation and review of security concepts and designs
• Evaluation and approval of security and data protection standards
• Audits and reviews of firewall and proxy rules
• Management of security incidents and cyber risks in daily operations

• A completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT and/or cybersecurity operations are desirable.
• Knowledge of project management and standardization
• Experience with common security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI, NIST) is an advantage.
• Excellent German and English skills, French optional
• Team-oriented, independent and solution-oriented work style with strategic thinking and high attention to detail
