Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of IT SAP Change Management Global to shape our company-wide SAP strategy!
*This role requires regular appearance in our headquarter Erlangen, Germany.*

Your tasks & responsibilities:

• You are accountable for global Enterprise Resource Planning
• You define and implement the company-wide SAP strategy, providing IT leadership in Healthineers key SAP ERP systems
• You respond to the demand and user engagement requirements from Business Partners and assume global responsibility for the implementation and operations of SHS SAP ERP solutions and services 
• You continuously improve the productivity of our business through innovation with SAP technology
• You ensure SAP Service Operations are seamless interconnected with other global and regional platforms, in line with global IT Enterprise Architecture and Service, Release and Vendor Management
• You manage direct (managers for SAP logistics, Sales & Service, Finance & Controlling, as well as regional teams in the US and China) and indirect reports in the SHS IT SAP function; drive organizational maturity and actively promote talent development.
• You contribute to global SHS IT strategy with key responsibility for SAP services and the upgrade to digital services
• You are a trusted business advisor and sparring partner for SCM and Manufacturing areas with SHS IT global and regional colleagues
• You establish transparency and drive measurable continuous improvement of vendor and internally delivered services
• You drive IT digital transformation in SAP including strategic workforce and competence planning, leveraging near-/off-shore IT SAP services from our IT Global Delivery Center in Slovakia & India

Your qualification and experience:

• You have a master’s degree in information technology or comparable
• You have multiple years experience in regional IT management, as well as managing business transformation
• You have a strong financial literacy and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to align IT strategies with business goals and drive cost-effective innovation
• You are familiar with management training programs and the application of leadership development measures

Your profile and capabilities:

• You have over 7 years of demonstrated success in global IT management, encompassing diverse domains such as Business Partner Management, Service Management, and IT Infrastructure.
• You possess extensive experience in leading and managing international IT organizations with a focus on operational excellence and strategic alignment
• You have a strong track record in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business value and technological advancement
• You possess broad experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects across global teams, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• You have an exceptional ability to foster trust-based relationships and build reliable, collaborative networks across all levels of the organization
• You have a deep understanding of SCM and PLM processes, with a solid foundation in SAP technologies
