Job description:

As a parking space manager for the Reutlingen region, you are our mobile control unit and actively contribute to ensuring that our parking spaces remain fair, safe, and user-friendly. You work outdoors, are flexible—even on weekends—and ensure order, cleanliness, and transparency on our premises.

Your responsibilities – what you can achieve

• You regularly check whether vehicles with valid parking permits are parked correctly—and ensure compliance with our parking regulations.
• In the event of violations, you act consistently and in accordance with guidelines (e.g., warnings or fines).
• You ensure that our premises remain clean and tidy: removing trash, checking conditions, reporting any abnormalities.
• You carefully document violations, special circumstances, and incidents—using digital tools where appropriate.
• You are the local contact person for users who have questions and ensure a professional, friendly appearance.

• You are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and are flexible—even on weekends and with changing working hours.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
• You have a keen eye for detail and quickly notice when something is wrong.
• You are friendly, assertive, and confident in dealing with people.
• You are resilient—even when things get stressful—and keep a cool head in difficult situations.
• Team spirit and service mentality: You understand that you are part of an overall parking lot or service concept and act accordingly.
• You want to take on real responsibility and use your energy and common sense to create order.
• Ideally, you live in or around Reutlingen.
