Process technologist/manufacturing technologist for Siemens projects (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• You (m/f/d) are jointly responsible for the specification, technical support for the implementation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment in X-ray production.
• You assume process responsibility for (sub) processes in the manufacturing chain, including plant troubleshooting and process analysis/optimization. They ensure the timely analysis and clarification of manufacturing problems during the start-up phase
• In the equipment procurement phase, your tasks include the preparation and processing of specifications, process specifications, test reports and design/documentation of acceptance tests. You will also assist with manufacturing digitization and plant connection to
• They carry out plant tests and thus support process validation.
• You create production-relevant documentation (engineering changes), 8D reports, KVPs) as part of the QM framework for your (sub) processes in the production chain.

Your profile

• You (m/f/d) have a master/diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, etc.
• You have experience in creating requirements/specifications, carrying out/designing acceptance tests.
• You have advanced knowledge in one or more of the following areas: vacuum technology, measurement technology, high-voltage technology, control engineering.
• You have knowledge of structured problem solving (SixSigma, DoEs,...).
• You have initial experience with SAP ERP (especially change management).
• Ideally, you have experience in Team Center (doc. -Workflow, approval process, mBom,
