A Snapshot of Your Day 
As part of the Grid Enhanced Technology team and project manager / developer for embedded hardware  you take care of the electronic foundations of our growing asset digitalization portfolio. Those provide data from various electrical grid assets as basis of further insights for our customers regarding asset and fleet health and operational capabilities. Your day involves alignment with external suppliers, product management teams of the different products and further internal stakeholders as R&D, procurement or quality. As a key member of our skilled and diverse team, you share our values and drive to turn challenges into valuable solutions for our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Use your know how to enable the development and maintenance of embedded hardware for our asset digitalization portfolio
• Managing requirements, change and validation and support in quality topics
• Creating development and maintenance plans based on business constraints
• Supporting in planning and controlling the projects budgets
• You play a key role in building up the environment to efficiently steer external suppliers and developers
• Prepare and execute a plan to transform towards a unified toolchain for the various products
• As member of a young, growing unit you have a hands-on mentality and you don’t mind to touch the technology yourself when needed

What You Bring

• Degree in electronics engineering, information or communications technology, or a similar area of expertise, or Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, combined with experience in embedded HW design / test, embedded HW project management.
• Long term experience in the field of embedded hardware development, project management and quality assurance
• Experience with UHF applications and experience with electronics in high voltage applications will be a plus but not mandatory
• Skilled in preparing and delivering project plans and reviews to internal management.
• High level of self-management and  entrepreneurial mindset that guides you in handling the project management variables quality, cost and time 
• Proficient in business English
